At Doodles and Casper, we take pride in offering premium-quality men’s clothing. Each piece is carefully designed, crafted, and packed with attention to detail. As a part of our policy, we currently do not offer returns or refunds, only exchanges are accepted under specific conditions.

1. Exchange Eligibility

We offer exchanges only if:

  • The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • You request an exchange within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

2. Items Not Eligible for Exchange

  • Products that have been used or washed.
  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling.
  • Items requested for exchange after 48 hours of delivery.
  • Sale or discounted items.

3. How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange:

  1. Email us at doodlesandcasper@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Mention your order number, the reason for exchange, and include clear photos of the product if damaged or incorrect.
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.

If approved, we will coordinate the exchange process and provide instructions for return pickup or self-shipping.

4. Exchange Processing Time

Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, the exchange product will be shipped within 5–7 business days, subject to stock availability.

5. Shipping Charges

  • If the exchange is due to a damaged or incorrect item sent by us, we will cover the reverse shipping cost.
  • If the exchange is requested due to size issues or customer preference, reverse shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

6. No Refund Policy

We do not offer cash or online payment refunds under any circumstances. All approved cases will be handled strictly through product exchange only.
